I don't feel 'accepted' being disabled in the Philippines

Philippine woman Nancy Boroc was born with no lower legs. She was barred from entering a local government office for not adhering to their dress code - by wearing shorts instead of trousers.

She says that disabled people are not fully accepted in the Philippines and that some even crossed the road to avoid her.
