Hammond: ‘No-deal brexit would be a betrayal’
Former chancellor Philip Hammond says a no-deal Brexit would be "a betrayal" of the 2016 referendum result and that Prime Minister Boris Johnson is destroying the chance of a new deal by making unacceptable demands to the EU.
