Gibraltar's chief minister "doubts" the ship will go to Syria after it's released

Gibraltar has freed an Iranian oil tanker detained last month over concerns it was taking oil to Syria in breach of EU sanctions. Gibraltar's Chief Minister Fabian Picardo says he "doubts" the ship will end up in Syria because he has a "cast iron commitment in writing" from Iran.
