I lost my son to opioid addiction

Gary Mendell is the founder and CEO of Shatterproof, a non-profit organisation that supports families dealing with drug addiction.

He started the organisation after losing his own son, who died aged 25 after years of struggling with addiction. He says he wants to spare other families the same tragedy.
