The healing powers of African dance
Living in big cities can take its toll on people's health. Hectic lifestyles and lack of exercise are linked to increased stress levels which in some people can even cause depression. Aida Diop is a Senegalese dance teacher living in London. She thinks dance styles from Senegal, Mali and Ivory Coast can help stressed city dwellers. Do her students agree?
