Archbishop of Cape Town: ‘If someone is a refugee, they are entitled’
Some African nationals living in South Africa have been complaining about attacks, insults, unfair treatment and bureaucratic hassles. Even the Archbishop of Cape Town, Thabo Makgoba, was recently caught up in an angry scene at a church where African refugees were sheltering. So how do these events inform his preaching about refugees?
