Kenya: A third terror attack in five days
This time on a primary school in Kenya's North-East Garissa County
Four people have been killed and three injured at a primary school in Kenya's north-east Garissa County, following another terror attack by Islamist militia Al-Shabab, a third of its kind in five days.
Last Friday Al-Shabab targeted a bus travelling from Mombasa to Lamu county, then on Sunday a bold attack on a joint US-Kenyan military camp also in Lamu, before the latest incident during the early hours of this morning.
In Nigeria a child and eight others were killed after a grenade he picked up from a bin exploded on the Cameroon border.
And in Niger, we find out why hundreds of asylum seekers from the Sudanese region of Darfur have been protesting outside the UNHCR offices.
