In western Kenya sexual violence has become an epidemic, with cases more than doubling in the past year. But most victims aren鈥檛 getting justice at all, since their families prefer to reach out of court settlements, where offenders are fined an agreed amount. 麻豆社鈥檚 Mercy Juma traveled to Busia in Western Kenya to find out more.
