Pete is recommending you wear some warm clothing to listen to his programme because he’s talking to John Myatt who is a World Champion Ice Swimmer.

You’ll hear about his swimming career which had a 17 year gap in the middle, how he got into Ice Swimming, How he swam the channel and how he plans to do it all again but using a very old and out of date stroke.

So it’s John Myatt and here he is telling Pete about how he once swam 24 miles in 24 hours …

John will be telling Pete all about his World Championship in Mermansk in Russia And his experiences with Fred & Rosemary West and their family.
