Labour calls for lockdown exit strategy
The government is expected to announce that social distancing measures will continue.
鈥淲e will stop all gatherings of more than two people in public...If you don鈥檛 follow the rules the police will have the powers to enforce them.鈥�
It is just three weeks since the Prime Minister uttered those words. It feels like a lifetime. It is now clear that the lockdown will continue for at least another three weeks but, as yet, we have no idea when it might end or how or when?聽Labour's new leader believes that has to change.
