Regina Cortes from Spain has autism; as does her four-year-old daughter Olivia. She tells us about the challenges they have both faced during the coronavirus lockdown.

Before the pandemic, Regina was learning how to hug through therapy but the lockdown has stopped her progress. She also explains that because masks obscure people's smiles, it makes reading faces far more difficult. "A smile can tell us if it is all okay, or not. Without a smile we are lost," she says.
