Dara McAnulty: How nature helped my autism
Nature has always been a lifeline to Dara McAnulty, who's autistic. He says it is vital for his wellbeing and has been a "safety net".
Now he hopes that the wider appreciation for nature that many have found during lockdown will encourage more people to fight to protect the natural world.
