Ellie Challis: I go back to the pool on Monday, but you can't just jump straight back into it
Back in January, Para-Swimmer Ellie Challis, from Little Clacton, spent time over in Japan as part of a training camp with the British team.
Still only 16, she is already one of the rising stars of British swimming, having claimed a bronze in the 50 metres backstroke at last year's World Championships and holding the 50 metres breastroke world record.
So expectations were she would have been on that plane to Tokyo next month.
