Mali ethnic groups sign peace deal
The agreement aims at ending inter-ethnic violence in the region
A peace deal was signed between representatives of the Fulani - or Peule - and Dogon ethnic groups. The aim is to bring an end to the inter-ethnic conflict in the central Mopti region of the country, where sporadic violence has made life intolerable for many. We hear from the Swiss NGO Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, who brokered this latest agreement.
