Nigerian communities 'can sue Shell in UK'

The UK Supreme Court's ruling is a victory for communities severely hit by pollution in the Niger Delta.

Nigeria鈥檚 Ogale and Bille communities near the Niger Delta are given the green light by the UK Supreme Court to sue oil giant Shell for compensation over pollution, in Britain. We鈥檒l hear from the traditional ruler of the Ogale, who says his community is 鈥渧ery happy鈥.
