Chickpea water, also known as aquafaba, is a miracle waste saving ingredient, which acts just like egg whites. Today we are turning this simple liquid into 2 desserts. Chocolate mousse, and mini meringues. Oh and they鈥檙e both vegan!

With just aquafaba, sugar, chocolate and a little lemon juice you can make two simple yet delicious waste saving recipes.
