Itumeleng Monnanyane used to work for an Automotive Glass Repair and Replacement Centre before she got retrenched because of the pandemic. Armed with the experience she earned over the years she decided to set up her own automotive glass repair and replacement centre called Glass Girlz.聽 She has been telling Journalist Taurai Maduna about losing her job and having the courage to start her own small business in a tough operating environment.
