Not just swapping sports, but swapping from coaching women to men鈥� Female coaches in male sport are a rarity but Alexander has the backing of her friend of 20 years, and real coaching heavyweight - England Rugby鈥檚 Eddie Jones.
In a discussion with Sportshour's Caroline Barker, they review the mutual respect they have for each other, the value of developing relationships with other coaches, techniques, and what it takes to be a success including breaking sport traditions.
