Niger school fire kills 20 children

Children as young as 3 among the victims of a fire that has hit a school in Niamey

In Niger, twenty children - some as young as three - have lost their lives in a fire at school in the capital Niamey. Questions are being asked about the safety of the school. Journalist Ebrin Noel Brou reports on the event and on the reaction from the parents.
