Tom and Freyja Cuff from Frome were tricked by a text about a parcel collection.

The couple, who are expecting a baby and about to move house, had their bank account emptied.

Tom tells Vicki Clark they’ve been left ‘heartbroken’ by the scam.

Vicki also talks to Janet Quinn from Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay Trading Standards about how to avoid being scammed.
