Cabo Delgado: “Children have gone through traumaâ€
UNICEF's Regional Director for Eastern and Southern Africa Mohamed Fall speaks to Focus on Africa’s Esau Williams about the humanitarian crisis in the Mozambican province of Cabo Delgado. An insurgency which began in 2017 has killed thousands of people, and led to the displacement of almost 700,000 people, nearly half of them children. Natural disasters including cyclones have compounded a desperate situation for the province’s internally displaced people.
