Dudley Council House 'failing disabled'
Dudley Councillor Elaine Taylor started to have mobility problems four years ago.
Now she's accusing the authority of 鈥榝ailing disabled people鈥 after effectively being locked out of important meetings.
Last week she ended up sitting in her car as a lift was broken in the council house when she should have been discussing vulnerable children.
Currently the Dudley Council House is undergoing renovation work. Conservative cabinet member at Dudley Council, Simon Phipps apologised to the Councillor on 麻豆社 Radio WM saying it was "an unacceptable situation" and vowed to address the issue.
