"Never has something like this been more needed" - we pay a visit to Kernow Men's Society in St Austell
It's very easy to become isolated - and sometimes, it doesn't take long at all to happen.
You move jobs, lose your partner, come to a new part of the country - and suddenly, your social circle is a lot smaller than it was before.
If you're a man, that's where the Kernow Men's Society comes in. It holds weekly get-togethers in St Austell for any man over the age of 18 to have a chat and a cup of tea, and basically enjoy some good company.
Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been finding out more from chairman Mark Fanning, alongside Bill Davies from Volunteer Cornwall.
