South Sudanese MP criticises lack of security in Western Equatoria state
South Sudanese ethnic and rebel groups clash in and around the town of Tumbura, Western Equatoria State. According to MP Clement Mbugoniwia, more than 250 people have been killed, thousands of homes have been torched and more at least 80000 people are displaced.
