Focus on Africa hears from USA-based Zimbabwean nurse Zvisinei Dzepasi Mamutse, who translated and adapted a comic book explaining menstruation into Shona. The idea behind Menstrupedia is to break down a topic which is often taboo, in order to help young girls navigate a difficult time in their lives.
