People across Cornwall are being asked to show a light in their window this weekend to mark the 40th anniversary of the Penlee Lifeboat disaster.
Sixteen people died when the crew of the Solomon Browne tried to rescue those aboard the Union Star in a hurricane-force storm in the seas off Penzance. It remains the last time that an entire RNLI crew has been lost at sea.
Martin Brockman lost his father Nigel in the tragedy, and his been sharing his story with our weekend presenter Jack Murley.
