Mike Allen built a castle on a mountainside in South Wales after developing PTSD while serving in Afghanistan. He says the building process "has been a good coping mechanism.鈥�

Mike designed the retreat to help other people struggling with mental health, whilst it also "supports rehabilitation of veterans."

The castle has seen many visitors from the local community including children and adults with special needs.

It鈥檚 raised a total of 拢4000 through donations, which will go to the charity Endex.
