Skateboarding in middle age can help mental health
A study suggests skateboarding in when you're middle aged can help improve your mental health and general wellbeing.
Researchers from the University of Exeter found it can provide an emotional outlet as well as an opportunity to bond with your children.
Dr Paul O鈥機onnor is behind the study and is still skateboarding at 46.
