Ukraine invasion: Kyiv braces itself for Russian attacks
Ukraine's capital Kyiv remains in government hands amidst the Russian invasion, but residents are gearing up in expectation that Russian forces will try to storm the city.
Nataly fled her home in Donetsk in 2014 when the city was seized by Russian-backed separatists. She now lives in the eastern outskirts of Kyiv. She speaks from her apartment where she is staying with her mother and daughter. She says that with so many bridges and roads destroyed around the city, it's safer for her and her family to remain there. She says the past night was the worst, with the noise of the sirens and the anticipation of the Russians' arrival.
"We can't leave, and we don't know from which direction the [Russian] troops will come."
