Deputy Mayor of Mariupol, Sergei Orlov, tells 麻豆社 Radio 5 Live鈥檚 Rachel Burden a Russian missile attack on a maternity hospital is a 鈥渨ar crime鈥�.

He says this is the third hospital that has been destroyed by Russian forces since they invaded Ukraine, and people are having to create mass graves for the dead.
