Sending aid to a warzone like Ukraine isn't easy, because getting access to cash locally is difficult and fundraising rules are complicated. Chef and cookbook author Olia Hercules, who was born in Ukraine and is now based in London, wanted to fundraise and send protective equipment to her brother back home, as she told the 麻豆社's Victoria Craig.
