Latvia's foreign minister Edgars Rink膿vi膷s has called for an investigation into reports of mass graves and unarmed civilian deaths in Bucha, near the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.

As Moscow's forces retreat from areas near Kyiv, evidence of civilian killings is mounting, but Russia has denied targeting civilians.
