Will Young: 'I need help with my smoke alarms!'
Singer and author Will Young joined Nihal Arthanayake on 5 Live, but listeners were drawn to a familiar beeping noise in the background.
It turned out to be Young鈥檚 smoke alarm, leading to the Pop Idol star admitting that he has lived with the sound for two months as he did not know how to fix it.
"I pray to any God that my insurers aren鈥檛 listening to this" he said.
"It has become so background now that I don鈥檛 even notice it."
Luckily for Young, one of 5 Live鈥檚 listeners was on hand to let him know how to change it.
