Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba celebrated his birthday over the weekend with a party that caught the attention of the whole country. Some analysts believe the event was part of a project to groom him as a successor to his father, President Yoweri Museveni. The event was attended by dignitaries from across society, as well as the President of neighbouring Rwanda, Paul Kagame. Journalist Solomon Serwanjja has been explaining the context to Bola Mosuro.
