It's been quite some year for women's rugby.
Our very own Cornwall team are now off to play in a County Championship final on Saturday 4th June.
One person who knows what it's like to play at the highest level in the women's game is Penzance's Deborah Fleming.
She won a Bronze medal with England in 2018.
Deborah has been speaking to 麻豆社 Radio Cornwall's James Churchfield.
