16-year-old visually impaired tennis player, Ivan Rodriguez Deb, is the current British No. 1 and is the singles and doubles men鈥檚 visually impaired British champion.
Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Tony Livesey, he said that he started playing mainstream tennis when he was eight years old, but he was struggling with the speed of the ball.
Ivan made the transition into playing visually impaired tennis when he was around 13 years old.
He explains what it鈥檚 like to play tennis with a visual impairment.
