One man who knows all there is to know about chocolate is Ant Wilson from St Austell 鈥� a few years ago he decided to swap his career as a civil engineer for the sweet stuff and after lots of experimenting in his kitchen, founded 鈥楶ush Chocolate鈥�.
He鈥檚 recently been awarded silver and bronze for his orange chocolate buttons at the Free From Food Awards. He joined David White for a chat.
