Liz Truss to be UK's next prime minister
Liz Truss has been announced as the next UK prime minister following the Conservative membership ballot. Dr Catherine Haddon, senior fellow at Institute for Government, gives her insight into what awaits Liz Truss as the next UK prime minister on the international stage.
Alongside cost of living, the Ukraine war is at the forefront of discussions and "she wants her first phone call to be with Volodomyr Zelensky" says Dr Haddon.
