The judge of the TV series joined Jessica Creighton on Â鶹Éç Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour to discuss how dancing makes her feel, as well as her story of growing up in apartheid-era South Africa before becoming a Latin dance champion and Strictly judge.

She also discussed her new autobiography, Finding My Own Rhythm.
