John Kewely spoke with 麻豆社 Radio Merseyside's Phil Munns about his struggles with mental health and pulling back from the brink of suicide. John receives help from the charity 鈥楯ourneyMEN鈥� in Birkenhead who encourage other men to talk about, and remove the stigma around men's mental health.
John has been inspired by Liverpool UFC fighter Paddy Pimblett. Paddy used a post-fight interview recently to talk about a friend of his who had taken his own life.
