"They can come to Ma, I always care about them"
From the first pot boiled at the Oxford Community Soup Kitchen, to her role in founding the Cowley Road Carnival, Icolyn 'Ma' Smith supported the homeless and vulnerable in Oxford for more than three decades.
She leaves behind a legacy of care and love for all those who she supported in her 91 years and will be missed by all who knew her.
