Russian Forces have fled the region southern region of Ukraine, Kherson. This has been a real step forward for the Ukrainian forces, however they have caused real destruction to Ukrainian infrastructure, including water gas and electricity supplies, which are causing power outages across the country, including in Kyiv. The 麻豆社'S International Editor Jeremy Bowen reports from Kherson and Today鈥檚 Mishal Hussain speaks to Volodymyr Kudrytski, chief executive of the company which runs the power grid, about the impact the damage will have on the people living there.
