The Make a Difference Awards honour local people for some of the outstanding things they do in our neighbourhoods. Jason Brown from New Malden primary school supports ten year old Oli who’s living with Type 1 diabetes.

When in school, ‘Mr Brown’ monitors Oli’s blood sugar levels, provides injections and sugary snacks and is a much-appreciated purveyor of football gossip and Pokemon cards.
