Somalia's president urges citizens to fight against al-Shabab
Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud addressed a rally in the capital Mogadishu that was held to show support for the fight against militants.
Somalia鈥檚 President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has urged thousands of people gathered in the capital city鈥檚 main stadium to fight al-Shabab. The rally has been called the Mogadishu People's Uprising and was aimed at demonstrating support for the civilians fighting against the militant group.
