Want to learn something faster? Scientists say tap into your brain pulse
A new study suggests that accelerated learning is possible if we tune into the natural pulses of our brain. All of us have a unique natural rhythm, or pulse, and being in sync with that rhythm apparently improves information retention.
The study used a brief flash on a screen to line up the brain's rhythm.
Professor Victoria Leong is co-author of the study.
