An Ilkeston manufacturing firm has swapped the five day working week for four, without reducing pay. Chilwell Products, which makes parts for scaffolding, implemented the new structure last year. A report assessing its impact has found it had 鈥榮ignificant benefits鈥�, particularly for employees鈥� well-being.
