Ukraine's prosecutor general on Putin warrant
On Friday, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, alleging he is responsible for war crimes.
Andriy Kostin is the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and he has been documenting thousands of war crimes alleged to have been committed by Russian soldiers in Ukraine, including the abduction of children.
He gave Newshour's Paul Henley his thoughts about International Criminal Court's issuing of an arrest warrant against Vladimir Putin and the footage of Vladimir Putin in Mariupol.
