Follow the 麻豆社 National Orchestra of Wales and Principal Conductor Ryan Bancroft on their tour across the three coasts of Wales in this four-episode series.

In Episode 1 we get to hear from the people who make an orchestral tour happen. Stage managers Steve Brown and Dave Rees tell us about how they deal with Wales's unpredictable weather, orchestra managers Vicky James and Nick Olsen explore how an orchestra resembles a football team, horn player Neil Shewan reflects on his musical journey, and orchestral librarian Eugene Monteith explains how he makes sure the musicians have music to play.
