'The only way to climb the fence was to climb on bodies'
It is 34 years since the Hillsborough disaster, which saw 97 people killed and more than 750 injured, during an FA cup semi-final match between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest.
Liverpool fan Alan Griffiths originally had tickets for the seating area at the Hillsborough Stadium, but swapped into the standing-only pens where the crush occurred.
Alan was able to climb free, but recalls having to climb over bodies. He spoke to Today's JP Devlin about his survivor's guilt and wanting to find the fans who swapped with him.
