There are many ways to get into nature, and one which may sound like a punishment but is increasingly popular is wild swimming in lakes and rivers.

'The Cold Nipple Dippers' are a group of Leicestershire women who first met in the water, and now meet religiously every week to head into the cold water outdoors.

Reporter Helen McCarthy went along to meet them at a lake in Frisby on the Wreake in the Leicestershire countryside.
